Who is Chelsea Manning?

Chelsea Elizabeth Manning (born Bradley Edward Manning on December 17, 1987) is an American activist and whistleblower. She is a former United States Army intelligence analyst who provided the website WikiLeaks with hundreds of thousands of military and diplomatic records in 2010.

Early Life and Career

Manning was born in Crescent, Oklahoma, and joined the U.S. Army in 2007. She deployed to Iraq in 2009, where she worked as an intelligence analyst with the 10th Mountain Division.
